獅子山位於九龍與新界之間，高海拔495米，因其形狀如一頭伏卧的雄壯獅子而命名。同時，獅子山亦因70年代一首家喻戶曉的名曲《獅子山下》成為了代表香港人象徵的山峰。
Lion Rock is a hill between New Territories and Kowloon, it is 495m high, it is well-known due to its lion-shaped. The eponymous theme song 獅子山下("Beneath the Lion Rock") in 1970s has been connected to the "Lion Rock Spirit", used to refer to Hong Kong as a whole.
